Welcome to Registryon (registryon.club). These Terms of Service govern your access and use of property registration support services, digital information products, and physical goods offered by Registryon.

1. Services

1.1 Property Registration Support Services

Registryon provides professional assistance for filing, document review, domain name registration, and related support. All references to domain registration support cover filings required by local authorities.

1.2 Digital Information Products

Digital guides, templates, manuals, and other downloadable materials related to property registration support.

1.3 Physical Goods

Printed manuals, official forms, and other tangible items shipped to your address.

2. Fees and Charges

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars and are due upon order or subscription. Registryon reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Property Registration Support Services

Requests for cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Approved cancellation requests will receive a full refund; the amount will be returned via the original payment method within 10 business days. If you wish to transfer your service to another date or request, contact us via our contact form. Due to deadlines set by third-party authorities, requests made less than 48 hours before the service date are not eligible for a refund.

3.2 Digital Information Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of download if the product is defective or not as described. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. After 14 days, all sales are final.

3.3 Physical Goods

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. You may also request a replacement item if available.

4. No-Refund Services

Certain expedited filing services and third-party fees are non-refundable due to irreversible charges imposed by authorities. Registryon will inform you in advance if a service is non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To initiate a cancellation, refund, or transfer, please fill out our contact form with your order details and reason.
